Single and Double person.

Single person Ice Bath: 56" x 30" (14.7 cu ft)

Double Ice Bath: 74" x 30" (19.8 cu ft)

Features available:

Thermostat controller to set temperature to the level you are at. Temp. can do from 33 F to 65 F

This pricing will be having the freezer deliver to your house and all the equipment neccessary to start your own practice.

In terms of training we have a 4 week training program that we highly recommend to start with, and is divided into different pillars:

3. Mindset.
